1. D.I.Y pick
up hire is for up to 2 days prior to your event and returned up to 2 days after your event. 2. A $100 security deposit is to be paid to confirm the booking. This will be fully refunded after all items hired
have been returned undamaged.
3. Unrepairable damage (holes, burns, etc) to chair covers
& sashes will be charged at $30 per cover and $10 per sash. This includes any missing covers or sashes.
4. Any damaged to table skirting will be charged upon inspection.
5.
Final numbers of chair covers and sashes are to be confirmed 1 week prior to covers being picked up. This will be also when
a time is arranged for collection.
6. Full payment is to be made on pick up of your hire.
Payment is to be made by money order, direct bank deposit or cash on collection.
7. In the
unlikely event of a cancellation, a booking fee of $30 will be withheld from the security deposit for administration fees.
8. The free coloured sash offer is only available with our current in stock colour range and for hires
of 60 covers or more.
9. For hires of under 60 covers, sashes will be charged at $1 each on top of the chair cover
hire cost.
10. For hires where a new colour sash has been ordered, a fee of $1 per sash will be charged on top
of the chair cover hire cost.
11. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the return of your security
deposit once everything has been returned.
